Terms overview
This page describes the intended basis for using MarkDuty. Complete production terms, company details and jurisdiction-specific provisions must be reviewed with qualified counsel before commercial launch.
Company workspace
A MarkDuty tenant represents one commercial cleaning company. The account owner is responsible for authorised membership, appropriate roles and the accuracy of information entered into that workspace.
Acceptable use
Users must access only records they are authorised to see and must not attempt to bypass security, tenant isolation or service limits. MarkDuty must not be used for unlawful surveillance or to misrepresent completed work.
Service evidence
Checklist records, photos, QR scans and optional location signals provide context for a service visit. They do not guarantee physical presence or replace the cleaning company’s own supervision and contractual obligations.
Account security
Users are responsible for keeping passwords, authenticator access and backup codes private. Suspected unauthorised access should be reported promptly and affected sessions should be revoked.
