Privacy overview
This overview explains the privacy principles behind MarkDuty. Contract-specific processing terms and a complete production privacy notice should be reviewed with qualified counsel before launch.
Purposeful data collection
MarkDuty is designed to hold the account, service, evidence and audit information needed to operate a commercial cleaning workspace. It should not be used for continuous employee location tracking or unrelated employee monitoring.
Tenant separation
Each cleaning company operates in a separate tenant workspace. Access is determined by authenticated membership and role, with database-level controls supporting tenant separation.
Account and service information
The service may process user identity, company membership, client sites, service records, checklist results, issues and account-security events. Evidence features may process photos and explicit presence signals when enabled by a tenant.
Retention and control
Retention should be configured according to the cleaning company’s operational and legal requirements. Precise location and evidence information should not be kept longer than the approved purpose requires.
